Meet Jennyfer Cassar

Jennyfer Cassar and her team launched Dogwood Montessori Inc. in 2018, which has since become a leading childcare support service and professional development course provider for Early Childhood Educators in BC.
With over 15 years of corporate experience and a passion for Montessori education, Jennyfer is dedicated to supporting female-led small businesses and community-focused initiatives. She and her team are on a mission to help childcare providers and educators create enriching, nurturing environments that elevate the level of care for families.
Jennyfer also serves as the Membership Engagement Manager for the Delta Chamber of Commerce. Her role allows her to supports other businesses to thrive, and recognizes the critical importance of advocacy throughout the region across all sectors.
When not working, Jennyfer enjoys life on the beautiful West Coast of British Columbia with her husband and three children. She is a licensed educator, a graduate of the AMI Montessori Training Centre of British Columbia, a fluent Spanish speaker, French language student, and serves on several executive boards and committees dedicated to supporting her community.
